Autoclave installation project at customer’s site

Scope of works.

As part of further investment due to recently secured projects.  A customer asked if inovolt would design and install,  power and cooling for two brand new autoclaves, at their composite production facility.

Project requirements.

• Installation of a new concrete pad to site.
• Cooling equipment.
• Installation and commissioning of an adiabatic chiller and pipework to serve both autoclaves.
• To install electrical supplies and control systems.
• The Installation of bespoke containment systems to serve both mechanical and electrical

This project was completed within 6 weeks.  Our three Divisions, building, mechanical & electrical, are able to cater for all of your Facilities maintenance services.
